Rates
Our
shipping rates are simple and very easy to figure out.
The
shipping
cost for each item
is listed on the product page underneath its price so you will never have to guess what the shipping
cost will be.
The per item shipping cost is calculated based on
the weight of each item. ALL RATES SHOWN ARE FOR SHIPPING TO USA ADDRESSES. Overseas customers will receive an email with the actual shipping charges for approval.
Orders with STANDARD SHIPPING take 2-7 business days to process and 2-5 days in transit. Expect your order to arrive 4-12 business days after the order date. If you need your order sooner please select Priority Shipping.
We offer Priority Processing &
Shipping at twice the rate for standard
processing and shipping. Priority Processing
& Shipping means that your order will be processed
within 1 business day of when the order was placed and
it will be sent by Priority Mail (delivery 2-3
business days).
Return
Policy
All
items we carry are either name brand or of excellent
quality at savings of 30% to 70%. Everything we sell is brand new in the
original unopened manufacturer's packaging unless
specifically marked otherwise. All "open
box" items will have an alert before checkout
occurs so you never have to wonder about any item you
purchase. We are confident that you will be
happy with your purchase, and will find each item an
excellent value.
Due
to the fact that we sell closeout/liquidation items we
do not normally accept returns. However, if the
item is defective/damaged or if you received the wrong
item we will replace it or give you store
credit. Before returning your item you must get an RMA code from our returns
department and the following conditions must be met:
Non-Returnable
Items:
- Food
and Personal items (cosmetics, perfumes,
toiletries, etc.) are NOT returnable.
Defective
Items:
- If
the item is defective we must be notified within 3
days of receipt.
- The
item must be in unopened/resalable condition.
- You
MUST get an RMA code from our returns department BEFORE returning any product.
Damaged
Items:
- All
items are inspected prior to shipping. If
the damage to your item is due to shipping
mishandling you must notify both us and the
shipping company immediately in order to
preserve our rights and yours. Failure to do
so is an implied acknowledgement that the item was
received in satisfactory condition.
- You
MUST get an RMA code from our returns department BEFORE returning any product.
"Dents
& Damages" Items:
- Products
from our "Dents & Damages" category
are returnable if they are damaged or defective in
any manner other than what is specified on the
product alert at the time of checkout.
- The
item must be in the original packaging as received.
- You
MUST get an RMA code from our returns department BEFORE returning any product.
