Service Life
Your country specific SIM for Vietnam can make outbound calls for 180 days from the date of activation, or your last reload. If the SIM is not reloaded within this time period the SIM will be de-activated and all credit will be lost.

Activation Instructions
Your SIM card will be activated the first time you attempt a call using this SIM card from Vietnam. After your first outgoing call your SIM will be ready to receive incoming calls. If you have problems making calls or have any questions simply dial 145 from your mobile phone. English speaking operators are available.
If you forget your phone number, or misplace the papers that it came with you can dial 900 and press send or yes and select option 2 to be reminded of your mobi4u cell phone number.
The country code for calling Vietnam is 84. People calling from the US would need to dial 011, the country code, and then the mobile number.
Adding Credit
Recharge vouchers are available througout Vietnam from cellular phone stores, tobacco shops, and select electronics stores, or wherever you see the Mobi4U logo displayed, in the following denominations:

* 300,000 VND ($19)
* 500,000 VND ($32.25)
Your SIM card has an initial airtime credit of 100,000 VND (US$6.50) and a 300,000 VND (US$19) recharge card has also been included to allow you to use your SIM as soon as you arrive in Vietnam. To do a free balance check simply dial 901 and press send from your mobile phone.
