When You turn on your phone you will need two enter a PIN code.  The default PIN code for your Venezuela SIM card is 0000. Please dial 121, press send, and wait for confirmation. Your phone will ask for the PIN code whenever you turn on your phone. If you prefer you can change or turn off this requirement to enter the PIN code everytime the phone is turned on (check your cell phone manual for details). When a PIN code is entered incorrectly three consecutive times, the SIM card will be blocked. In order to unblock the SIM card, you will have to follow your phone owner's manual to use the PUK code to unblock your phone. For PUK code, you need to call 121 or  +584129 121 121 from a landline. The default PIN code for your SIM Venezuela SIM card is 0000. Attention: Your new phone number is found on the back of the SIM's card isntruction and appears as +58xxxxxxx.
