| | Your GPRS USB Data Roaming Travpak must be used quarterly to avoid the need to purchase a new SIM each time you travel. Remember that there are not any additional charges or usage requirements beyond the initial Travpak cost and a $29 service fee. If you have not used a minimum of $60 of airtime every four months and no other arrangements have been made, you will need to pay an additional $29 the next time you travel to obtain a new SIM card. |

You will receive a welcome kit, that will provide detailed instructions about how to use your new USB Wireless Laptop Data modem when traveling overseas.- Follow the included instructions to activate your SIM card
- Put the Data Roaming SIM Card into the modem*
- Be sure that you have installed the included software before inserting your modem into your laptop for the first time.
- Insert the SIM card into the modem, and insert the modem into a free PCMCIA slot on your laptop (or adapter, if your laptop does not have a PCMCIA slot please call for other alternatives)

Simply specify during the checkout process when you will be traveling and be sure to answer the required security questions. A representative will contact you after purchase to verify your order before it can be shipped so please include a daytime contact number when purchasing this product. *Your SIM card comes attached to the back page of your information booklet. You will need to remove it from the booklet then insert the SIM Card into the included modem with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone. **Be sure to call the included phone number if you have questions when using your modem for the first time.. Please Note: If you will be purchasing a SIM card for voice use after you arrive overseas we have another service you may be interested in. Frequently Asked Questions
How do you invoice the SIM Card service?
Whenever you use your SIM card, we bill your credit card once a month any airtime usage and data transport charges incurred from the previous month. Any additional usage charges will be billed on subsequent invoices.
Do I have to pay something when I don’t travel?
No, there is absolutely no monthly or any other fee. Keep the SIM card until your next trip to Europe, and you only pay for your usage. Nothing else.
Will this Laptop Travpak work with my Apple computer?
If you are using a Mac or other computer without a PCMCIA slot we also have USB modems available. Please contact us for pricing and availability. |
