If you do not recharge your account within 30 days your Mobile phone number will be recycled and any remaining airtime credit will be forfeit. To get connected again you will be required to purchase another SIM card. The 30-day period starts the day you arrive in Thailand. When you add a voucher you can travel and safely use your cell phone for another 30-days.
Your Thailand mobile phone number is displayed through the window on the front of your SIM card packaging and begins 0709. The Orange cell phone number may also be found on the duo-fold letter containing your SIM card.
To start using your service simply:

- A PIN code is not required*

* Your Thailand SIM card does not require a 4-digit PIN code. The PUK is only required to unblock you phone if you enter in a PIN code incorrectly. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone.
Your SIM card has an initial airtime credit of Bhat 300 (US$7.50) and a Bhat 300 airtime voucher is included for your convenience to be loaded once you arrive in Thailand. Additional credit is available through the purchase of airtime vouchers, also called reload codes (not another SIM card), in Thailand. These airtime vouchers are available in 3 denominations:
- Baht 300 (about $7.50)
- Bhat 500 (about $12.50)
