Service Life
Your SIM card credit will remain valid for 30 days from the date of activation. Incoming calls can still be received for up to 2 months after the credits expire. If the Jambo SIM for Tanzania is not reloaded once every two months, the SIM and accompanying phone number will expire.

To Add Reloads To Your SIM for Tanzania:
Once you have purchased a recharge card, simply follow these easy instructions:
- Scratch off the cover layer to expose the 16-digit PIN
- Dial 106 from the keypad of your mobile phone
- Enter the first 4 digits
- Continue by pressing # every time 4 digits are entered until all 16 codes are punched in
- Press ** for a wrong entry
