Sony-Ericsson Z600 A clamshell handset with complete imaging and messaging capabilities, the Sony Ericsson Z600 is the first GSM/GPRS clamshell phone with exchangeable front and back covers, with an integrated digital camera and color screen. The Sony Ericsson Z600 included the new feature called "QuickShare", which was first introduced in the T610 handset. This has been designed to quickly share pictures with other users. Two key presses and a picture is taken, six presses and the picture is sent off to the recipient. The Z600 features a built-in camera, 65,356 TFD display and a range of imaging and PIM applications. As well as the QuickShare feature, it's also possible to exchange pictures via its Bluetooth wireless connection or even drag and drop pictures to and from a computer. An external display on the outside of the phone shows vital information such as Caller ID, time, network and also battery status. A speaker for the 32 tones polyphonic sound, used by the musical ringtones and effects while playing games, is also integrated into this fine handset. For the creative music producers there is a Music DJ feature, a 4-track music creation tool, where users can create their own ring signals and also send them to their friends. The Z600 also comes with several embedded games. It allows both single player and multiplayer modes over its Bluetooth wireless connection. Also supported are Java and Mophun game engines, which are found in several other Sony Ericsson handsets. The Multi-Action keypad allows for simultaneous key-presses, such as move and shoot at the same time. For the more intense gamers, you may also purchase a new game console accessory, the Gameboard EGB-10, and attaches it to the phone.
