Activate your service:
Upon arrival into the country, detach the SIM card from its plastic package and insert it into your cell phone according to the cell phone manual. We recommend reading the manual carefully before installation.
Along with the SIM card you receive security codes (PIN code and PUK code) enabling you to access your provider's services. When you turn on the phone, a PIN code is requested automatically. You can change or turn off your PIN code (your cell phone manual explains the details). If a PIN code is entered incorrectly three consecutive times, the SIM card will be blocked. In order to unblock the SIM card, you need to use the PUK code.
Attention:
1- Your SIM card activates upon making first call. After getting connected to the local network, you can make calls. After making the first outgoing call you also will be able to receive incoming calls.
2- Your new phone number is indicated on the left-hand side of the package envelope. It appears as Nr. tel. and starts with 072 xxxxxxx.
Calling your new number:

Recharging SIM account
Starting credit of CONNEX SIM card is approximately 20 min of local talk-time. In order to recharge your account, purchase a Credit Increasing Card (scratch-card). It can be done at various kiosks, gas stations, newspaper stands or in the authorized dealer stores.
To recharge your account: send as SMS in this format *111*then the 14-digit refill voucher code, then # (without spaces) then press CALL. Or Dial operator at 9898 and follow instructions.
