| Activation Instructions |

|   | Your 			SIM Card for Qatar will have a pre-assigned cell phone number and  			will be ready to use straight out of the package, no activation is  			necessary. Simply insert the SIM card into your unlocked GSM  			cell phone, enter "0000" as the pin number, press the "Send" or  			"Yes" key, and your SIM card is ready to use. Your cell phone number will start with the  			country code "377" (Monaco).  Callers from the US can dial "011  			377" followed by your cell phone number to reach you in over 80 countries  			around the world.
 The Country Specific SIM Card for Qatar comes with about 21 minutes  			of outgoing airtime, or about 57 minutes of incoming  			airtime.

 By purchasing one reload (or more), at $139 each, you will get  			either 105 minutes of outgoing airtime, or 285 minutes of incoming  			airtime per reload.

|  | Making calls using your SIM card To make a call, simply dial *111* the  		country code, the phone number, press "#", and then the "Send" or "Yes"  		key.  (you will need to put a "#" at the end, every time you  		execute a command)
 Instead of putting the phone to your ear immediately, wait about two  		seconds and the phone will ring back, alerting you to answer the phone.   		Press the "Send" or "Yes" key and you will hear your call go through.
 
 Just dial *111* the country code, the city code, and then the phone  		number (country code is "1" for the US), press "#" and finally the  		"Send" or "Yes" key to dial any number.
 Purchasing reloads To purchase reloads for your SIM card,  		please call our reload center at 1-703-620-0879 (or from your mobile at *111*1-703-620-0879#) or at 1-800-872-7626 from within the US. Checking your balance You will hear your balance whenever you  		make a phone call.  However, there may be occasions where you would  		like to find out your balance without having to make a call.  It is  		important for you to frequently check your balance so that you will know  		as far in advance as possible when you need to add more airtime.
 To do a free balance check simply dial *147* press the "#" key and then  		the "Send" or "Yes" key. (there must be a "#" at the end of every line  		entered)
