Service Life
Your country specific SIM for Jamaica can make and receive calls for 60 Days from the date of activation, or your last reload. After 60 days, you will have another 60 day period where you can only receive calls. If the SIM is not reloaded within this time period the SIM will be de-activated and all credit will be lost.

Activation Instructions
Your SIM card will be activated the first time you attempt a call using this SIM card from Jamaica. After your first outgoing call your SIM will be ready to receive incoming calls.
* When you get to Jamaica, turn on your phone and enter the 4-digit PIN code and then the Yes/Send button on your keypad.
* Press 122 <Yes/Send>
* You are now ready to make and receive calls.
If you have problems with your Digicel SIM please call Digicel Customer Service by dialing 100, and pressing Send or Yes from your handset, or 1 888 Digicel from a landline in Jamaica. From the U.S. you can call Digicel Customer Service at 1-876-960-2696.
The Country Code for Jamaica is +1-876. People calling from the US would need to dial 1 876, and then the mobile number.
Adding Credit
FLEXcard or Flex E recharge vouchers are available throughout the Island from convenience stores, and select electronics stores, or wherever you see the Digicel logo displayed, in the following denominations:
100, 200, 300 and 500 Jamaican Dollars
Your SIM card has an initial airtime credit of 150 Jamaican Dollars ($2.50).

Checking Your Credit:
You can check your balance at any time by dialing *120# and press SEND. The system will send back a message to confirm your balance and expiration date.

To access voicemail, press 1 2 3, and press Send or Yes and follow the instructions to set up your voicemail box.
