Activation Instructions
Your Ireland cell phone number is printed on the reverse side of the SIM card packaging and begins 087. The cellular phone number can also be found inside the packaging on the reverse side of your welcome letter. To start using your service simply following the instructions outlined below:

Customer service for your Ireland Mobicarte prepaid SIM card is available 24 hr./day by dialing 1850 208787 at any time from your Ireland cellular phone or landline phone.
When calling overseas from the United States to your Ireland cellular phone number callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 353 and then your Ireland cell phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero). To call abroad from your Ireland cell phone simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number.
Adding Credit
Your SIM card will include an initial airtime credit to start you off, however to purchase additional airtime for your Ireland SIM card, you will need to purchase recharge cards (also known as Go cards). Go cards may be in purchased in 10 ¤, 15 ¤, 20 ¤ or 25 ¤ and 40 ¤ Euro denominations at most convenience stores, tabac shops and petrol stations throughout Ireland.
Go cards are available at face value and so a 15 Euro airtime voucher will cost you 15 Euro and subsequently will credit your Ireland SIM card for 15 Euro.
After purchasing your Go card simply :
Rub off the gray protective layer.
A 13-digit number will be revealed
Dial 1741 from your Ireland cell phone phone
Select option 2
When prompted enter the 13 digit code and press #
Select option 2 to confirm the voucher code
You may check your call credit balance at any time by dialing *174# and press which will display the balance on the LCD of your Ireland cellular phone.
GPRS High Speed Internet Access
GPRS costs about 0.02 Euro/kilobyte but there is a minimum charge of 10 kilobytes (0.20 Euro) per GPRS connection.
