How does this SIM card work with my iPhone or other AT&T phone?
Most iPhone unlocking, up until now, has involved compromising applications running on the main CPU to load code (aka "jailbreak"). Instead of requiring the phone to run additional software, this Bootloader SIM card simply runs a flash utility when the phone is turned on that instructs the GSM CPU to ignore the type of SIM installed, which unlocks the phone allowing it to run on other networks. |
